The call is a working conversation, not a pitch. We'll ask about what's slowing your business down, what you've already tried, and what success would look like. We'll be honest about whether we're the right team for it — and if we're not, we'll say so on the call.
You don't need a polished brief. A few sentences about the problem is enough to start. If there's a fit, the next step is a short written proposal and a quote — never an open-ended commitment.
