Service

Business Integrations

One source of truth, with data flowing automatically between your tools.

The problem

What this fixes

When your website, CRM, inbox, accounting and tools don't talk to each other, someone re-types the same data into each one. That's slow, error-prone, and means you can never trust any single number.

If any of this sounds familiar, this is the right capability to lean on — but it's almost never the whole answer on its own.

What we do

What's included

  • Mapping where your data lives and where it should flow
  • API and webhook connections between your tools
  • Automation platforms where a custom build isn't warranted
  • Custom middleware where off-the-shelf won't do it
  • Error handling and retries so failures don't go silent
  • Documentation so the connections are understandable, not magic

Where it fits

Common use cases

  • Website form submissions landing in your CRM automatically
  • Invoices created when a deal closes
  • Customer data synced between two systems in real time
  • Notifications routed to the right channel automatically

Who it's for

Is this you?

  • Teams re-entering the same data across multiple tools
  • Businesses that can't trust their numbers because of sync gaps
  • Companies adding a new tool that needs to fit the existing stack

How we work

A clear path before you build

Every engagement starts by understanding the problem before any code. We map the issue, agree the smallest set of work that solves it, and build in stages with something working to react to — then ship, document, and hand over. See our process.

Illustrative scenario

What this looks like in practice

An illustrative scenario for this capability — clearly labelled, not a real client engagement. It shows the kind of problem we'd take on and how we'd approach it.

Representative engagement

Syncing website enquiries into a CRM and accounting tool

Data entered once, flowing automatically between the tools the business already runs.

Enquiries land in the CRM automatically, invoices are created when a deal closes, and the team can trust a single number — with documentation that makes the connections understandable, not magic. (Representative engagement — illustrative, not a real client result.)

In their words

A perspective on this work

An illustrative voice — not a real, identifiable endorsement.

Data used to be re-typed into three places and never quite matched. Now it flows once, automatically, and we can finally trust a single number. The connections are documented, not a black box.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What if my tool has no API?

Some legacy tools don't. We'll look at alternatives — export/import automation, email parsing, or replacing the tool if integration cost exceeds its value. We won't pretend a missing API is a small problem.

Is integration risky for my data?

Connections get least-privilege credentials, scoped to what's needed. We avoid service-role secrets in shared places and explain what each connection can and can't do.

Custom build or automation platform?

If a platform like n8n or Make covers it cleanly, we use it. If the logic is specific or needs to scale, a small custom service is often more maintainable. We pick per case.
